Factors Influencing Mass Flow during the Wood Plastic Composite Extrusion Process
摘要
Abstract
The effects of wood flour size and coupling agents on the mass flow during the wood plastic composite extrusion process were studied. The result was that as the wood flour size decreased, the flow resistance increased and the wood plastic composite color become darker. Considering the manufacturing cost and the composite performance, the authors determined wood flour from 45~60 mesh should be used with a lead stabilizer and aluminate coupling agent.关键词
