摘要

Abstract

Effects of blending ratio on Outlast modified acrylic cotton blended yarn thermostat performance were researched. Curve of Outlast modified acrylic cotton blended yarn thermostat performance and blending ratio was fitted by Origin7.5 software. The result shows that the blended yarn thermostat performance is increased linearly as the Outlast modified acrylic content increase,the blended yarn thermostat performance is obvious when the Outlast modified acrylic content is over 40% . Enthalpy of pure Outlast modified acrylic yarn is smaller than that of Outlast modified acrylic fiber. It is considered that the yarn thermostat performance is affected by spinning process. Therefore the yarn with better thermostat performance can be ensured only by adopting proper spinning processing parameters.
