Abstract
Method and effect of cone roving machine upgrade were discussed. According to existed problems of suspended flyer cone roving machine in production, the related technology modification cases were put forwards. Taking 10 FA423 roving machines as examples,the implementation programs and modification effect were introduced. It is considered that drive mechanism can be simplified, spinning tension and elongation rate can be stable, breakages can be reduced, efficiency can be increased and yarn quality can be improved when upgrading traditional cone roving machine to computer roving machine. Accessories consumption can be reduced greatly,labor intensity can be eased,labor can be reduced, processing adjustment and production management will be more convenient. The modification input is lower and the implementation cycle is shorter. The modification is more suitable to old mill equipment modification.关键词
