锦纶丝闪光牛仔布的生产实践
Production of Nylon Filament Flash Denim
摘要
Abstract
36. 4 tex cotton yarn,36. 4 tex cotton slub yarn and 66. 7 dtex flash nylon filament were selected as warp, 166. 7 dtex(44. 4 dtex)polyester spandex core spun yarn was selected as weft,development process and technology measures in production nylon filament flash denim were discussed. Production difficulties and key technology in winding, warping, sizing & dying and weaving process were analyzed. Temperature & humidity and related processing were controlled rationally. Double beam was adopted in weaving, finally nylon filament flash denim can be developed successfully on rapier loom. Through implementing a series of processing adjustment and technology measures, loom efficiency can be improved from 75% to 90% .product quality can reach development demands.关键词
