Spinning Practice of HFJ Compact Siro Spinning Device
摘要
Abstract
Struetural and spinning properties of HFJ compact siro spinning device were discussed. Structural features of the device were introduced. The modification case,processing configuration and the technology measures of controlling yarn quality were introduced. The spinning yarn quality was contrasted to common siro spinning yarn. The result shows that the yarn spun on the device is better, ft is considered that supply capacity of siro spinning roving can he increased by adopting press bar top pin and new nose bar. improving draft capacity, increasing roving weight per unit properly. Better spinning effect can be realized by adopting better ring and ring traveler,implementing quality control measures in equipment operation management aspect.关键词
