提高Espero-M型络筒机捻接质量的体会
Experience of Improving Splicing Quality of Espero-M Winding Machine
摘要
Abstract
To improve splice quality of Espero-M winding machine, splicer model, air pressure and splice length were optimized on JC 14. 6 tex yarn and JC/Modal 50/50 14. 7 tex knitting yarn. Main reasons of effecting splice success rate increase were analyzed. It is considered that splice quality of Espero-M winding machine can be improved well through optimizing splicer model,air pressure and splice length according to yarn variety. Better clean status is helpful to improve product quality and splice pass rate.关键词
