Abstract
Based on the analysis of forging forming technologies of the clutch, a precision forging process for the part was put forward, and the forming process including rough forging. Precision forging and cold-extrusion were introduced. According to the technological parameters of the forging, mould structures of closed forging and opening cold-extrusion were designed. Simulation of the working process of the mould proves that the mould structure is reasonable, flexible and reliable. With good technology, the product quality can be guaranteed. Besides, the production efficiency is improved and the processing cost is reduced.关键词
