摘要

Abstract

Ultrasonic extraction assisted with Tween-60 and celluiase was adopted to extract the flavonoids from Sargentodoxa. Factors influencing the extraction yield and the antioxidability property, such as the kind and the concentration of surfactant, the kind and the concentration of enzyme, extractive temperature and duration,solvent pH value, and the liquid to solid ratio were investigated. The optimal conditions were verified by the orthogonal experiment. The conditions for the optimal flavonoids extraction yield of 7. 98% were extractive duration 70 min,liquid to solid ratio 30 mL/g,concentration of celluiase 0. 5 mg/mL. As for antioxidability,the optimal conditions were extractive duration 70 min,liquid to solid ratio 50 mL/g,and concentration of celluiase 0. 5 mg/mL,and the free radical scavenging capacity was 67. 56% .
