煤矿瓦斯吸附剂及隔爆材料的防爆实验
Experimental investigation on explosion-proof with coal mine gas adsorbent and explosion-proof material

Abstract
Experimental investigation on explosion-proof was carried out by adding adsorbent and explosion-proof material into explosion vessel. The results showed that the explosion limit of methane in oxygen was 8. 5%-62. 5% under atmospheric pressure. The maximum explosion pressure was obtained when the concentration of methane was 36% , it was slightly higher than the theoretical value(33. 3% ) . It could prevent the explosion even ignition source appeared when the adsorbent was filled into a single vessel. Adsorbent could also prevent the transmission of explosion when filled in linked vessels. With the increase of the pressure, the effect of explosion-proof became worse. But when the pressure was over a certain value, with the increase of the pressure, the effect would be better. Because of good thermal conductivity, explosion-proof material could prevent the transmission of explosion whether in the air and oxygen or under pressured conditions. The higher the rate of pressure, the better the explosion-proof effect.关键词
