CO2浓度倍增对宁夏枸杞光合特性的影响

Abstract
To study the effects of double CO2 concentration ( [ CO2 ] ) on photosynthesis characteristics in Lycium barbarum, the seedlings of L barbarum were exposed to either ambient [CO2] ( (350 ±20) μmol/mol) or elevated [CO2] ( (700 ± 20) μmol/mol) in an open top chamber for four months, and the net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, water utilization efficiency, light response curve, and CO2 response curve of L. barbarum were tested. The result showed that elevating [ CO2 ] could increase the net photosynthesis rate, evaporation rate and stomatal conductance, as well as water utilization efficiency of L. barbarum seedling. With the incubation time extending, the light saturation point decreased, but light compensation point and CO2 saturation point increased.关键词
