Abstract
After canine distemper virus (CDV-XN 112 strain) was inoculated into MA- 104, Marc- 145 and Vero cells, the sensitivity of three types of monkey kidney to CDV was compared by observing cell pathological effect, determining the time for harvesting virus and comparing virus titers. The results showed that three cells were suitable for CDV, with typical cell pathological effect, and the titers of virus harvest fluids were more than 104.5 TCID50/0. lmL, among them Vero cell was more cost-effective and ideal for proliferation CDV.关键词
