摘要
Abstract
Animal products which are very important source of nutrition ior people are the material basis of human survival. In recent years, there have been many problems of animal products' quality to threaten the safety of human in the world. Some safety problems of animal products' quality in China were summarized from four aspects, such as drug residues, pesticide and heavy metal residues, pollution in machining and transport process as well as the faulty quality supervision system, furthermore some countermeasures were proposed to improve the safety of animal products' quality.关键词
