Abstract
It is a very important solution to develop ecological industry to achieve the sustainable development in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Developing environment friendly industries is also an important part of the post stage development planning for the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Firstly, based on the current situation of the agricultural development and farmers' income in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, this paper analyses the change of the proposition of first, second and third industries and makes the comparison of agricultural structure among the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, Chongqing Municipality and the whole country. Secondly the paper puts forward the idea to establish the recycling agricultural system by developing vegetable, orange, pigs raising and methane production by taking Zigui County as an example. Finally the paper suggests that stabilization mechanism such as ecological compensation mechanism, communication and trust mechanism and risk sharing mechanism be established.关键词
