摘要
Abstract
Synergy is an intrinsic law of coevolving of complex system. The enterprise strategy system is a complex system in which the subsystem and its elements such as resources, management, organization and cultural interact to achieve the orderly development. System synergetic theory and method are used to evaluate the synergetic degree of the enterprises strategic elements, and to characterize the system coordination and orderly degree, in order to enhance the effectiveness of Enterprise Strategy Guide. At last, an empirical analysis is taken about the fine chemical enterprise.关键词
