摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the new type flange with labyrinth static sealing, the paper set up a thermo-fluid-solid coupling mathematical model; the controlling equation-set for seal temperature and liquid film pressure between seal and flange were solved by finite difference method; and seal's heat, elastic, deformation by finite element method; carried out fluid, solid, thermo coupling analysis of new type flange with labyrinth static sealing; studied the impact of thermo elastic deformation on flange's sealing function, as well as the optimum design of its structure. The results show that the new type labyrinth seal for flange has better seal performance; the labyrinth seal can gradually decrease the pressure of the seal medium, which can improve the seal performance; the thermo elastic deformation of the seal ring can make the seal and flange surface even more close match, thus can prevent seal material from leakage.
