摘要
Abstract
The baseband belt slitting machine is mainly used for slitting a basebabd belt to the right size. In order to improve the processing quality and efficiency to study from the material mechanics, the paper carried out the stress analysis of the slitting part, and built the mathematical model of the longitudinal slitting hex shaft torque, and optimally solved the mathematical model based on the MATLAB. The research results show that the optimal designing paramenters were obtained by this method, thus may lead to the longitudinal slitting flame of the baseband belt slitting machine working in the optimal condition.
