Study on Partner Selection of China Pallet System with Alliance
摘要
Abstract
China Pallet System has been getting growing attentions, it can greatly reduce the total cost of logistics in China, but this System is still in the air, there are still many problems in it, for instance, the scales of enterprises are too small, the numbers of the branch networks are less enough, lack of cooperation between enterprises, etc. Thus fail to build systematic network to cover whole China. It's an effective mold that is to put a small number of powerful companies together and strengths mutual-complement to set up pallet system. The paper proposed a solution to select good partners lor this union, which is to divide the process of partner selection into two parts, especially in the second selection stage through the application of genetic algorithm to optimize the quantity and quality to meet the requirements of the selected coalition partners. This approach provides a practical technology solution to build China Pallet System. [ Ch, 1 fig. 5 tab. 8 ref. ]关键词
