Development and Research on New Plastic Mold Materials
摘要
Abstract
The main service conditions and failure modes of plastic mold materials were summarized in this paper. The development status of plastic mold materials was introduced from plastic mold material itself and mold surface technology respectively. This paper also indicates a new composite coating material combined with rare-earth and nano surface technology, which can significantly improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance, reduce the cost of mold material and has a broad development prospect. The preparation processing thinking which combines with high energy ball milling and powder metallurgy is also proposed. [Ch,l fig. 2 tab. 15 ref. ]关键词
