Research on supplier selection and evaluation method based on fuzzy matter-element and entropy analysis

Abstract
Supplier selection and evaluation are optimal decision-making issues which academic and industry circles are very concerning about, and as a complex multi-objective decision-making issue, it has significant influence on the development of the enterprises. In order to overcome the adverse effects of subjective factors on evaluation objectives and results, aiming at the characteristics of fuzzy matter-element analysis and entropy method in solving incompatible problems and selecting weight, the supplier selection and evaluation method is constituted based on fuzzy matter-element analysis and entropy method after the optional scheme is compared with the best and the worst schemes to calculate the corresponding weight. Finally, take the selection of a manufacturing enterprise's supplier as an example to verify the feasibility and validity of the supposed method.关键词
