Abstract
Based on the hawser berthing conditions of user's terminal and gantry crane parameters, and combined with heavy-cargo carriers and floating crane lifting capacity parameters, this paper puts forward three dock installation plans and, through plan comparison demonstration, finally determines to adopt floating crane lifting. The main methods for components transport and on-site lifting during plan implementation are detailed, and the risk prevention measures and precautions of main beam lifting are highlighted. It has reference significance to gantry crane installation in shipyard in coastal and inland river areas where the dock water depth can meet the requirements of gantry crane installation by large floating crane.关键词
