摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the safety assessment for the defective structure of shipbuilding gantry crane to the crane normal operation, with one of its main structural defects-erack-as an example, the evaluation index system regarding the impact of cracks on the safety of shipbuilding gantry crane is established based on the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix of cracks is built, with the crack evaluation criterion put forward. Then some experts are organized to perform the qualitative and quantitative safety assessment for the crane cracks, with the safety level figured out. The further engineering practice shows that such method is of strong feasibility and rationality.
