Abstract
TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by anodic oxidation method on Ti foil and Ce-doped TiO2 were fabricated. The effects of Ce3+ concentration, dye concentration and initial pH on TiO2 photocatalytic activity were studied by the degradation of a model dye, methyl orange ( MO) , under UV light illumination. The results indicated the optimum values of Ce3+ concentration, dye concentration and initial pH were found to be 0. 01 mol/L, 10 mg/L and 3 , respectively. The best photodegradation of MO was 83% under illumination for 4 h.关键词
