摘要

Abstract

The Si and Al co-doped TiO2 films were prepared by non-hydrolytic sol-gel route. The effect of Si and Al doping on crystal phase transformation, grain size, photoabsorption performance and photocatalysis of TiO2 were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and UV-Vis transmission spectroscopy. The results show that the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films annealed at 1000 t has been great improved by the doping of Si and Al. When Si/Ti is 0.20, film has the best photocatalysis because of the mixed crystal structure. Si and Al co-doping can hinder the phase transformation and the growth of grain size, and co-doping is more effective than single Si doping. The transformation temperature of TiO2 from anatase to rutile is increased from 750℃. to 1200℃, when Si/Ti is 0.15 and Al/Ti is 0.05.
