Effect of KDP Crystal Impurities on Crystal Stress Distribution during Growth and Out-slot
摘要
Abstract
The impurity in KDP crystal could cause its cracking. The effect of impurity property, sizes and shapes on the KDP crystal growth stress and out-slot stress distribution was analyzed by finite element method. The results show that the effect of impurity attributes on stress distribution during crystal growth and out-slot is different. The crystal growth stress near impurities makes a positive change with impurities elasticity modulus. The crystal out-solt stress near impurities makes a positive change with impurities thermal expansion. The more acute the shape of the impurities is, and the larger size of the impurities is, the greater growth stress and out-slot stress is.关键词
