摘要
Abstract
ZnSb2O4 equilateral nanotriangles are synthesized on silicon substrates by a chemical vapor deposition method using a mixture of ZnO powder and Sb powder as the precursors.Morphology and composition of ZnSb2O4 equilateral nanotriangles are characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.The formation mechanism of ZnSb2O4 equilateral nanotriangles was proposed in this paper.关键词
