摘要

Abstract

Diluted magnetic semiconductors Zn1-xNixO with defferent consistency(x =0,0.01,0.05,0. 10, 0.20) nanorods have been synthesized by hydrothermal method. The crystal structure, morphology, constituent elements and magnetic propreties of the products were investigated via the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) , the corresponding electron diffraction ( SAED ) , X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry ( XEDS ) , Raman scattering spectrum ( Raman ) and the vibrating sample magnetometer ( VSM). The experiment results show that all the diffraction peaks can be indexed to the wurtzite structure hexagonal phase, no other impurity phase appeared. All the Ni + successfully substituted for the lattice site and generate single-phase Zn1-xNixO sample whose morphology were nanorods with good dispersion. The obvious ferromagnetic were found in all the Zn1-xNixO sample at room temperature, the saturation magnetization increases firstly and reduces afterward with the increase of Ni2 + contents, and the single Ni atom's magnetic moment of sample gradually decreased.
