摘要

Abstract

In this paper, CuA102 polycrystal was synthesized at 1200 ℃. The phase composition, chemical state, morphology, and optical properties of CuA102 polycrystal were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) , X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, scanning electron microscope ( SEM), photoluminescence(PL) , and Infrared spectroscopy(IR) respectively. It is shown by XRD that CuAlO2 with delafossite crystal structure was obtained. It was measured by XPS that the valence state of Cu is + 1, which indicated there were Cu vacancy defects in our sample. It is obtained by SEM that the grain size was about 1-3 μm, which coincided with the results calculated by XRD. The UV near-band-edge ( NBE) emission and Cu vacancy defect emission were observed through PL spectrum test, and the reason of the p-type conductivity of CuAlO2 was also explained. IR test shows that CuAlO2 polycrystal has a high transmission rate to infrared light.
