摘要

Abstract

Nickel hydroxides coated with different contents of cobalt hydroxide were prepared by complex precipitation method. The microstructure of surface and charge-discharge properties were analyzed using scanning electronic spectroscopy and galvanostatic charge-discharge cycling technology. The results showed that rate discharge performance have relation to coating quantity of cobalt hydroxide on the surface of nickel hydroxide particles. Under high-rate discharge conditions, the optimum coating amount of cobalt hydroxide was 2% to 3.6%. The spherical nickel hydroxides enchased with cobalt hydroxide layer had good discharge capacity and huge current charge-discharge performances.
