摘要

Abstract

In an autoclave,under the action of Ni/γ - Al2O3 catalyst,taking N,N -dimethyl laurylamide and hydrogen as starting materials, N, N - dimethyl laurylamine was synthesized. Effects of reaction temperature, pressure, catalyst dosage and feeding of dimethylamine on N, N - dimethyl laurylamide conversion, N, N -dimethyl laurylamine selectivity and yield were investigated. Result indicated that under conditions of reaction temperature 220 ℃ ,reaction pressure 2. 0 MPa,catalyst dosage 2. 5% (referring to mass of N,N - dimethyl laurylamide ) , with feeding of dimethylamine, and reaction time 7 h, conversion of N, N - dimethyl laurylamide achievee 97.9%, selectivity and yield of N, N - dimethyl laurylamine achieves 99.5% and 97.4% respectively. The feeding of dimethylamine during the reaction suppresses the side reaction and improves the yield of targeted product N,N -dimethyl laurylamine.
