分散剂对中性墨水性能的影响
Effects of dispersing agent on performances of aqueous gel ink
摘要
Abstract
As dispersing agents, the effects of nonionic water - soluble surfactant such as Tween 80, OP - 10, K30 and anionic water - soluble surfactant such as SN - 6100 on performances of aqueous gel ink including stability, apparent viscosity, thixotropic value were studied for 24 mono surfactant formulations and 6 blend surfactant formulations. Results indicated that the stability of the aqueous gel ink as dispersing agents exclusively using SN -6100 or K30 is better than OP - 10 or Tween 80,and when the ratio of SN -6100 to carbon black powder is 0. 2, and the ratio of K30 to carbon black powder is 0. 26, aqueous gel ink with good stability can be obtained.关键词
