镀锌层无铬黑色钝化膜成分及其耐蚀性能

摘要
Abstract
To avoid the environmental pollution and body's harm from the chromium salt, this paper u-ses a new silicate black passivation technology instead of the tradition chromate black passivation to form a thin black passivation film on the zinc coating. The neutral salt spray and the test of electrochemical experiments show that the corrosion resistance of passivation film has been greatly improved. Through SEM and microstructure, it is observed that the surface passivation's quality has been greatly improved. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis shows that the black passivation film contains Zn, O, N, S, P , Si and other elements, in which silicon exists in the form of colloidal SiO2 and Zn5Si3O7 (OH)2(PO4)2 · 4H2O. There is also a brief analysis of the black passivation film's formation according to the XPS.关键词
