精神分裂症患者心理需求与社会功能的相关性研究
The relationship of the social function and the psychological demand of the schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the level of social function and psychological demand among schizohrenia patients. Methods 176 schizohrenia from one of hospitals in Chengdu, were investigated for PSP and psychological demand inventory. Results Personal and social function scale ( PSP) total score; ( 61 ±15). psychological needs scale total score :(14. 1 ±4.3). The physical needs: (2. 4 ± 1. 2) , the security needs: (1. 4 ± 0. 7), emotional needs (3. 9 ± 1. 3) , self-esteem needs: (3. 6 ± 1. 5) , self-realization score: (2. 8 ± 1. 3). PSP score and psychological needs total score, self-esteem needs score and self-realization score was positively correlated ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Hospitalized schizophrenia patients have a certain degree of lack, of psychological needs and their social function assessment showed varying degrees of ability defect, this defect was positively correlated with higher psychological needs.关键词
