摘要
Abstract
Objective To introduce a new S-type urethral expanders joint plasma bipolar electricity cut treat male simple urethral stricture method, in order to improve the lumen surgery urelhral stricture therapeutic effect. Methods To summarize October 2009 to 2010 June, I with S-type francescoli urethral expanders joint plasma bipolar electricity cut to successful treatment of patients with posterior urethral stenosis 10 cases. Results 10 patients have been successful, were followed up for 6 months to 2 years without a return after surgery. Conclusion In plasma mirror underneath the guidewire, S-type urethral expanders, then uploaded expansion joint plasma electricity cut treat male simple urethral stricture is a small trauma, safe and effective method, worth of clinic application.关键词
