Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis ( BT) . Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical and bronchoscopic feature of 130 hospitalized BT ( bronchial tuberculosis) cases . Results There were 1956 hospitalized tuberculosis cases in 2010,130 cases of BT were diagnosed in 432 bronchoscopies cases with the positive rate of 30.09%. The majority of patients were the youth, female patient is little more than male in this group. BT was easily misdiagnosed because of symptoms no specific while performance under the fibre bronchoscope were varied. Conclusion Bronchial TB is the common respiratory diseases, fiberoptic bronchosopy is the main and specific method for diagnosis of BT.关键词
