摘要
Abstract
Objective To observation the effect of moxifloxacin in treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR-PTB). Methods 60 cases multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,each group 30 cases; treatment group were treated with moxifloxacin(0.4g,qd) .combine rifapentine, dipasic, pyrazinamide and amikacin , control group were treated with levofioxacin(0. 4g,qd) .combination drug use the same with treatment group;and the course of treatment is 12 months. Observation content including the sputum-negative conversion rate 、 X-ray performance improve rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups. Results The treatment group compared with control group, putum-negative conversion rate were 93. 3% and 73. 3% ,the differences have Statistical significance( P < 0. 05 ) ; X-ray performance improve rate were 93. 3% and 73. 3% , the differences have Statistical significance(P <0. 01) ; adverse reaction rate were 23. 3% and 26. 7% , the differences have no Statistical significance(P >0. 05), Conclusion The treatment scheme with including moxifloxacin have the characteristics of putum-negative conversion rate high, x-ray performance improve obvious, adverse reaction rate low, Worthy clinical extension.关键词
