摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the method, curative effect and merit. Methods Between November 2009 and August 2011,37 patients with multilateral external fixation fix cross leg flap ,including 30 males and 7 females with an average age of 37. 5 years(rang,16 ～60 years) ,the range of coloboma surface of bone or tendon reveal from 11cm ×26. 5cm to 7. 5cm × 13cm. Results Fixation reliability,all skin flap take,no skin flap blood supply defeat,no bedsore occurrence, the joint function of knee and ankle is good,curative effect satisfaction. Conclusion Multilateral external fixation fix cross leg flap,which is a simple,firm, and effective method.关键词
