摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the complications of double J tube inside drainage in ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotriypsy and their prevention and treatment. Methods Analysis retrospectively the clinical data of 156 patients received ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotriypsy and double J tube inside drainage. Results Hematuria 21 cases, lumbago 3 cases ,bladder irritative symptom 5 cases,double J tube shifting 2 cases,double J tube rentention 2 cases. Conclusion Placement of double J tube can cause some symptoms. They can reduce the complications occurrence when placing the tube right and dealing in time.关键词
