Abstract
Objective To evaluate the total hip arthroplasty (THA) treatment method for femoral neck fractures. Methods 72 cases of femoral neck fracture 36 patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group of artificial femoral head re- . placement (FHR) , Application of the observation group treated with total hip replacement were compared the effectiveness and complication rate. Results Compared with control group, the observation group was significantly higher than the fine, and the complication rate observed group than the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty femoral neck fracture excellent rate and few complications, it is worth promoting.关键词
