滋水平肝法治疗高血压性肾损害的临床研究
Clinical Observation of Zishui Pinggan Method on Treating Blood Pressure Renal Damage
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zishui Pinggan Method for treating high blood pressure renal damage. Methods: Complying with hypertensive renal damage diagnosis standard hospitalized patients. According to random parallel contrast method, patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group was 90examples, the control group was 60examples, the control group treated by common western medicine, and the treatment group treated with Zishui Pinggan Decoction on the basis of western medicine. The relevant treatment data were compared. Results; In hypertensive renal impairment CKD1 -4 (Ccr quartile 15ml/min) patients, the total effective rate of the treatment group were 82. 28% and the total effective rate was 60. 38, (P<0.01) ; in CKDSperiod (Ccr<15ml/min) patients, the two groups of powerfully not obvious, but the treatment group of efficient higher than those in the control group, (P<005). Zishui Pinggan Method gave priority to treat high blood pressure renal damage, curative effect was significantly better than western medicine therapy to CKD1 - 4patients, CKDSperiod of patients also had good curative effect with pure western medicine therapy, and to some extent, delaying the progress of kidney pace, delayed the start time of dialysis. After treating, systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure of the two groups were decreased significantly (P<0.01), there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0. 05). BUN, SCr, UA, Hgb Ccr of the treatment group all won significant improvement (P<0. 01) , there were significantly differences ( P<0. 05, P<0. 01) between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: Zishui Pinggan Method can regulate immune function, improve microcircula-tion, regulate active substances of blood vessels, reduce urine protein, thus achieve the repair renal tubular epithelial cell, improve the kidney glomerular function, thereby protect kidney from damage.关键词
