一期根治术结合中药苦参汤加减熏洗治疗后马蹄形肛周脓肿的临床观察

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinic effect of one stage radical resection combined with traditional Chinese medicine Kushen Decoction fumigation on treating after horseshoe perianorectal abscess. Methods; Treatment of 63cases of after horseshoe perianal abscess by one stage radical resection and traditional Chinese medicine Kushen Decoction fumigation. Results; The follow-up time was 6months, one-time cure was 60cases, after the formation of anal fistula in 2cases, 1 case of recurrence. The healing time was 10 - 32days, and the average time was 24days. During the follow up period, there had no fecal incontinence, anal deformity and other complications. The overall cure rate was 95%. Conclusion; One stage radical resection combines with traditional Chinese medicine Kushen Decoction fumigation has significant efficacy in treating the after horseshoe perianal abscess, and its healing time is short, can reduce the risk of reoperation and economic burden of patients, it's worth popularizing.关键词
