杜氏通督理筋手法配合牵引电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效观察
Observation onTherapeutic Effects of Massage by Mr.Du Combined with Traction and Electro-acupuncture on Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis by massage of Mr. Du combined with traction and electro - acupuncture. Methods: 93patients were involved with CSA, including 40males and 53females, the average age was 46. 39years, from 21 to 70years. They were respectively divided into trial group and control group, 48cases in trial group and 45cases in control group. The patients in trial group were treated with massage of Mr. Du combined with traction and electro-acupuncture. The patients in control group were treated with traction and electro-acupuncture. After7d, 14d, 21d, the indexes which included subjective symptoms (dizziness, neck and shoulder pain, headache), objective signs (Jackson's test, vertebral artery distortion's test, Spling's test) and TCD blood flow rate change were researched and the clinical effects were compared in the test. Result; ①The result of statistical analysis demonstrated that there were significant difference of the clinical effects in two groups (P<0.05 ) ; ②The average blood flow rate of vertebral artery and basal artery had obviously decreased in the methods of treatment group. The curative effect of trial group was better than that of control group. Conclusion; Massage of Mr. Du combined with traction and electro - acupuncture has a convenient, safe, and exact effect on treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, obviously improving clinical symptoms of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis and decreasing average blood flow rate of vertebral artery and basal artery, which is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.关键词
