水蛭对糖尿病肾病大鼠尿白蛋白影响的机制研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective: Studying the effect and the mechanism of leech on early kidney disease of diabetic nephropathy rat through researching leech on urinary album and express of serum Ⅳ-C in diabetic rat. Methods; 40clean level SD male rats were randomly divided into ( normal control) group A, (model) group B, (Leech treatment) group C, ( Micardis treatment) group D. All group were sacrificed after lavage eight weeks. A series of data were evaluated such as the ratio of kidney weight to body weight, blood glucose, renal function, 24h urinary album, the express of IV - C by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results; group A, group C and group D compared with group B, 24h urinary album decreased (P<0. 01) , blood serum Ⅳ - C expressed decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion; Leech can decrease urinary album on diabetic nephropathy rat, whose mechanism may be associated partly with a down-regulation of levels and express of Ⅳ-C.关键词
