摘要
Abstract
The four operating conditions of acetone-ultrasound extraction and spectrophotometric determination of chlorophyll a process ( ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, rotational speed, centrifugation time) were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The experimental material is chlorella brought up in laboratory to avoid the impact of the algae The results show that the sample sonicated at 225 W power 30min, 6000r/min centrifuged 9min, and that after stirring and repeating ultrasonic and centrifugation step, it can get a better extraction effect.关键词
