摘要

Abstract

The corn seeds were treated with 3 concentrations (0.1, 0.05 and 0.01 gDW/mL) of water extract of the fresh yellow - top aerial part, compared with water. Experimental results showed that 3 different F. Bidentis aqueous extracts have strong inhibition to the soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline of maize Seedling. The inhibition effects will be stronger along with the increasing concentration of F. Bidentis leaves water extracting. The soluble protein is under 1 μg/g · FW after being measured, and it can reach 5. 58 μg/g · FW being controlled. Soluble sugar and proline have the same trend, and growing rate controlled is below 9%. The content of measured is more than controlled along the whole time. The growing rate of soluble sugar comes up to above 45% and the growing rate of proline is about 30%. Moreover, root tip of maize Seedling with being measured has a lot of skin excoriation cells, and the top cells are dry up. There are many empty cells, those were the reasons that lead to lower maize seedling vigor of the measured corn.
