核机器学习方法及其在生物信息学中的应用
KERNEL METHOD AND IT'S APPLICATIONS FOR BIOINFORMATICS
摘要
Abstract
Kernel method is a kind of machine learning method based on Statistical Learning Theory and kernel trick. The paper analyzes fundamental of kernel method, introduces the kernel method at present and gives to the method of constructing a novel kernel function and summarizes the kernel function of structured data. Applications of kernel function of sequences data to bioinformatics are analyzed.关键词
