摘要

Abstract

External wall insulation system, namely cast - in - situ concrete polystyrene board in high - rise shear wall residential projects, was taken as the research subject. In consideration of polystyrene board with three different thicknesses, thermal - structure coupling effect of extreme high temperature and rainstorm on cast - in - situ concrete polystyrene board was analyzed via the APDL parametric model and the numerical methods. The result shows that polystyrene board has great insulation performance, which means that both sides of polystyrene board have large temperature difference. However, with the increment of the thickness of polystyrene board, the large temperature difference would continuously increase with lower amplitude. The polystyrene board exhibits significant deformation under large temperature change, therefore both sides of the polystyrene board interface is liable to crack. One of the most vulnerable areas, namely around opening in a wall, gives us concerns and should be strengthened.
