羊踯躅嫩茎离体培养和植株再生
IN VITRO CULTURE AND PLANTLET REGENERATION BY THE TENDER STEM OF RHODODENDRON MOLLE (BLUME) G.DON

Abstract
In this study, the tender stems of Rhododendron molle were used as explants for the experiment, uni form design for the most suitable media for shoots regeneration by the tender stems and rooting was screened. The results showed that 1/4DR +2ip3.75 mg/L + IAA 0.03 mg/L + KT 1. 30 mg/L was the best media for shoots regeneration and the rate of induction was 99. 8% ; 1/4DR + ZT 0. 06 mg/L + NAA 0. 02 mg/L was the best media for rooting, the rate of rooting was more than 99.0% ; Stems each with one node were cut from regenerated shoots and cultured for propagation, and a 5 - fold proliferation rate was achieved within 28 days. In vitro culture and plantlet regeneration system of Rhododendron molle have been successfully established, which could satisfac tion of wants for factory changes grows seedlings of Rhododendron molle.关键词
