改进阈值的小波空域相关去噪法在荧光信号处理中的应用
Application of Improved Threshold Denoising based on Wavelet Transform Spatial Correlation Filtering to Flurorescence Signal Processing

Abstract
In order to remove the noise and keep the detailed information in the fluorescence signal of fluorescence immunochroma-tography detection, an improved threshold denoising method of wavelet spatial correlation filtering method was proposed. The algorithm combined correlation denoising method and soft threshold denoising method based on wavelet transform method, and the threshold variable and the threshold function of soft - threshold method based on the difference of the correlation between wavelet coefficients and the smooth threshold elimination technique thoughts was improved. It demonstrates that the method has highlighted the signal edge, as well as can effectively remove the noise of fluorescence signal. The denoised signal waveform is smooth and continuous, and the signal peaks related details are to be retained.关键词
