摘要

Abstract

To test people with diabetes of peripheral nerve conduction velocity (NCV) , brainstem auditory evoked potential ( BA-EP) and skin sympathetic reflection (SSR) to discuss the early diagnosis value of the diabetic peripheral neuropathy, central nerves'lesions and independent neuropathy. 34 patients with diabetes and 10 cases of the check - up were determined with the NVC, the BAEP and the SSR at the same time. There was a significant difference (P < 0. 01) in the motor conduction speed ( MCV) and sensory conduction speed (SCV) between the diabetes group and the contrasting group . Diabetes group of I - III and III - V inter peak latency (IPL) of BAEP were significantly prolonged in diabetic patients comparing with those in healthy controls (P <0.01). There were significant differences of the onset latencies of SSR between two groups (P <0. 01) . Patients with diabetes early already exist widely sub-clinical neuropathy, peripheral nerve conduction velocity ( NCV) , the brain stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) , skin sympathetic launch (SSR) are early diagnosis of diabetes and clinical neurological the important means.
