Abstract
To compare the difference volume calculation for region of interest (ROI) between ModernTPS - Winergy and Eclipse treatment planning system, and provide reference for different TPS in clinical application. Three kinds of regular contours on CT image were delineaed,including square、circle and triangle, and manually the volume of these regular contours as reference values were calculated. The differences of Winergy、Eclipse with the reference value were analyzed. In addition,an actual patient case was selected,the differences calculated by two TPS volume were compared. The differences between reference value and the two TPS calculated volume of square、circle and triangle decreased as volume increased. The average difference of Winergy with reference value was 3. 08% , and E-clipse with reference value was -5. 71% . Compared with reference value, Winergy is positive deviation, and Eclipse is negative deviation, but the wo TPS all meet the clinical requirements.关键词
